A UK based organisation dedicated to helping the Street Dogs of Bulgaria
Rudozem Street Dog Rescue UK (RSDR UK) has been
established solely to support the registered foundation Rudozem Street Dog
Rescue in Bulgaria (Foundation number 175647065)
Our aim is to raise awareness of the plight of the many street dogs and the work that is being carried out by RSDR to help them.
Many of the links on this website will take you direct to their own websites where you can find out more about the day to day work that Diane, Tony and their family are doing.
RSDR UK exists to act as an additional fund raising
source; monies raised by or donated to the UK group will be used to purchase
items that are either too expensive or cannot be easily obtained in Bulgaria.
RSDR UK will also be dealing with enquiries and offering ongoing support to
anyone interested in adopting any of the dogs currently living in Bulgaria.

In the longer term, RSDR UK hopes to raise sufficient funds to satisfy the requirements of the Charity Commission; if successful, this means that we will achieve charitable status, giving donors and any grant awarding organisations confidence in the way our group is run. Until then, we have to act as an incorporated group with charitable aims and objectives.
